Casual, conversational. Focused on hypothethical questions about what would you do in this situation if you get the role. The overall atmosphere is also light and friendly and we talked mostly about the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of the position like they are preparing me for the role already so it was quite surprising that I didn't get the job.
