Interview
The first and second rounds with HR and hiring managers were normal interviews with normal people and questions. The third round with the direction was a complete waste of time. “ give you nails and wires, make me an inverter” “grab pen and paper please do this math problem” the entire one hour was fully dedicated to questions like above. Absolutely insult and waste of time if you have experience in the industry and given engineering educational background . It’s a joke.

First round is HR, second is hiring manager and the last one is director interview. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. But there is pressure test to check if I can conquer the dilemma

It was smooth, I reached there before my scheduled time, and they asked me to wait in waiting room. room was decorated and air conditioned but was not neat at that time. After some candidates i was called sit on the interview and i have faced the interview.
