Telephone interview shortly after I applied for the position. It took about 15 minutes. Mostly asked how would you handle different situations, and what kind of customer situation you have already dealt with

Had a friendly conversation with low level manager, wasn't interested in the job offered. Interviewer was late and I had to wait 20 minutes, which was annoying. The process from online application to in person interview was simple.
