The process was fine until they gave the copy test, after which they called twice because they couldn't figure out a simple link on which the test was shared. They then ghosted me, like my test meant nothing, just a document for generating ideas.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honasa Consumer
Interview
The process was cumbersome, involving an unnecessarily hectic test, which I refused. They then asked if I was comfortable working in a toxic environment with a heavy emphasis on 'stretch culture.' They adjusted to my refusal to complete the assignment because of my strong portfolio and work experience, and I made it to the final round. However, I received no feedback. HR typically gets feedback on candidates, so when you don't hear back, it feels like a waste of time rather than a learning and feedback opportunity.
