I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Honeywell (Pune) in Jun 2019
Interview
i Had a face to face technical interview, which went on for 2 hours & was very interesting.
Had HR interview on the same day, the process was very good & easily guided by the HR team.
The food was also provided by the company & made sure the candidates were comfortable around the campus.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Bracknell, England) in May 2019
Interview
Initially received a call from a recruiter who asked some standard questions (what I’m looking for, notice period, salary expectation, job description), then had a telephone interview with an engineering group leader followed by an in-person interview with the same Engineering Group leader and an Engineering Branch Leader. Very friendly interviews with great emphasis on finding out whether I’d be a good fit for the company and whether I’d enjoy this role.
