Remote interview with the GM. I felt like as if I was on a police station being questioned. They did not allowed me to ask questions and spent one hour on back to back questions.

Application and quickly they emailed they had interest. A few days later had a high level phone interview and a phone interview with the manager. Last hoop was a presentation to a group about the industry and plans to grow. Didn't have to know everything. Offer was made after being successful.
