Tell me about a time when you had to influence a decision without having formal authority.
Did an online form in place of a typical HR screening. Completed an online cognitive assessment. Had one interview with the hiring manager, and then a final interview with a panel.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
No follow-up. Three weeks after my interview, I contacted the HR department to find out they had filled the position I interviewed for. I never heard anything back from the hiring manager, even though they said they would contact me 'either way.' Very frustrating.
