I applied online from the hospital's website. I was contacted within 2 weeks by an HR recruiter who set up a phone interview with another HR recruiter which was followed by in person interview with hiring manager. The in person interview was very friendly - she asked standard questions but spent a lot of time just talking to me.

How do you handle a customer / patient who is upset and taking their frustration out on you?
It was great. They asked questions about the job position and what I’ve done in the past. Overall very easy . Really suggest applying and suggest try and get in the job to help people out see

Interview
Very comfortable. No trick questions just relevant questions to the job requirements. I don't have all day to answer these questions i have to look for a job. You should only make us do this once in a while.
