The overall interview process was extremely frustrating and disappointing. To begin with, the interview was scheduled with a non-technical interviewer, which made it difficult to properly assess relevant skills and led to an inefficient evaluation experience. Furthermore, there was a complete lack of communication from the organization after the interview—no updates, no feedback, and no clarity on the outcome. Even after successfully clearing multiple rounds, there was no follow-up discussion or offer extended, which reflects poorly on their candidate management process. The entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, ultimately resulting in a significant waste of time and effort. Additionally, the leadership interaction did not instill confidence, as there appeared to be a disconnect from core technical understanding. Overall, it was one of the most unsatisfactory interview experiences I have encountered.
