I applied for the implementation role. The recruiter didn't give me a great idea of the role and the manager seemed like someone who would be a nightmare to work for. Mentioned the job was "sink or swim" and there was "no place to hide". Mentioned client support skills were needed but lacked any personal skills himself. Definitely would not recommend. Was upfront with him and told him I was not a good fit for the role as best I could. In my opinion, the recruiter should have done a better job in assessing my talents before passing me on to the manager who did nothing but act accusatory and come off cold the entire time. Very thankful he was in agreement this wasn't a fit for me. Id rather not work for any manager that tells me the role is sink or swim. That always means they expect you to accomplish a lot with little help on their part. In my opinion, run away.
