Interview was straight forward with the main service manager and service coordinator. I was asked to do a trial day after the interview. I had no issue doing this, as it can be good to see if the role is for you and for them to see if I am the correct candidate.
I completed the trial day by shadowing the service manager.
I left many messages and a email. I am yet to hear back. It's a bit rude to not even have the decency to call me back considering I gave up a day to come and do a trial day (unpaid)
I'm glad in the long run that I didn't get the role. If this is how they treat new potential candidates, I can only imagine how they treat there staff
