I called the company and didn't know I would be talking to my future boss. She was in the field and said she would call back and before the day was over I had a message, and when we spoke the next day we set a time for me to come in and to have resume and credituals in hand.. Upon arrival, I met with the Office mgr and she was warm and wonderful, gave me my application and ran my background check while I started on the massive paperwork. I cleared for everything and then I met what would become my immediate boss and charge nurse. She was every bit as warm as she was on the phone. I was taken to a comference room where I dove into Application and skills test and the interview... Quick and simple, they need to know your personality and do you have a heart. I found out right then and there I was a fit into their family and then was taken by surprise, when the owners came in to greet me. If I didn't mention it before.. they give hugs.... Stop! They ask for hugs!!!
