I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hotel Northland (Green Bay, WI) in Jan 2024
Interview
5 weeks length of time before a job offer - initial offer did not even have my correct name on it in two places. 4 total interviews before the job offer was made - two in person, one phone and one via Teams. During the 5 week time communication from the hiring manager was great at first but really dwindled toward the offer being made which started to make me feel uneasy. I had also been misinformed 2x by the hiring manager regarding the back ground check process and what was actually taking place during week+ gaps of time without hearing back about the position. I had gotten as far as signing an offer, to which the hiring manager wanted to make adjustments after I had signed the original. I was uncomfortable moving forward accepting the position knowing that their back of house was so disorganized/uncommunicative between one another. I expressed my frustrations to HR who did seem compassionate (shout out Laura) but her hands were tied from a corporate standpoint. I likely would have accepted the position if not for the hiring manager (who you would report directly to) and their ungracious interview process.

Question 1
Typical interview questions - really nothing pertaining to the business itself, just general sales experience and overall basic interview questions.
