Applied online recruiter reached out for 1st initial interview with director/supervisor, 2nd was a 1 hour scheduled panel with various managers and MD’s coming in/out sporadically which ended up 2 hours then one more panel interview same style scheduled 1 hour ended up being a one and half hour long. Then had another doc who wanted a seperate 30 min online interview. After all that and everyone saying I was a good fit I got a rejection email that they chose another person but had reposted the position the day after they sent the rejection email. Really disappointed because they all made it seem that I was great for the position

It took about 1 month to hear from them after I applied for the position. The interview process was very tedious. The interview consisted of a lot of behavioral questions. After the interview, I received an offer 2 weeks later.

Interview
There were 3 levels of interviews which included two virtual interviews up to the Senior Regional Administrator and 1 in person on site at the clinic. The interviews were structured and included physicians, potential peers, and potential subordinates.
