If I face such situation at work I will keep myself calm and patience in order to prevent the further worsening of the situation. Then I read the whole situation and sort out step by step. And I always believe there is nothing we can't do if it's once happened. Stay positive and keep patience and calm are those qualities which helps in such difficult situations.
