The first is an online interview with team members. The second is a personal interview with managers of the company and the department, a solving case and another interview with a team member.

It was very welcoming and great, focused on practical aspects and the role itself.
Three very practical, and varied interviews.
It was challenging in the best way, without ever veering into unrelated topics and never uncomfortable "trick questions"

I really liked when they asked about examples of real projects I have worked on, they gave me an opportunity to show my specialties.

Interview
I got to the second round of interviews, but as soon as it started I felt like they have already chosen another candidate. It was the weirdest interview I ever had since the interviewers did not know what to ask and were not even in the mood to introduce themselves properly. They were passing their turns to each other and had no idea how to perform a formal interview. My overall experience was so disrespectful!
