Simple group interview with just 3 questions. All staff are very friendly. They just ask some situational question to see how you handle the problem. They will print your CV out, so I think the CV is important.

Very conversational. Smooth process. Asked me questions like tell me about yourself, what does good customer service look like, and what would you do to diffuse a negative situation? ? ? Process was smooth. Maybe 3 weeks total
