The interview was fully remote and very organised and structured with three interviewees taking turns to ask scripted questions, there were no other probing questions outside of their script I think

1. Initial screening round with the Product Director and HR

Question 1
After the initial screening, Second round was lots of behavioural questions and situation based questions. Also, some bit about past experiences. There was a small case / role play during the interview. This was followed by a trail project of three weeks wherein I was asked to come up with the industry best practices and strategy for setting up a Customer Success team at Human Made. After the trial, offer discussion.
