The hiring process at Human Trafficking Foundation takes an average of 21 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Project and Partnerships Lead had the quickest hiring process (on average 21 days), whereas Project and Partnerships Lead roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 21 days).
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Human Trafficking Foundation (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
I was invited to an interview with five days notice.
I had to prepare a presentation before the interview.
Three days before the interview, the hiring person rescheduled and brought the date forward, giving me the option of either doing the following day (i.e. 24h notice) or the one after (36h notice).
The interview was a panel of three people, including a member of the Lived Experience group, which was much appreciated.
The interview is very impersonal, with the questions being asked in the same order to everyone and no follow-up or personalised question at all.
The hiring process seems to value more 'scoring' the responses instead of looking for a good fit for the role, or even allocating more weight to performing the exercise properly.
