I cannot answer this question, as I was not granted an interview despite being over-qualified for this position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Humana in Sept 2008
Interview
Applied online was contacted 2 days later for an interview. Went into the office for interview about a week later. After 1 on 1 interview was contacted be state director and did a phone interview. About 3 days later an offer of employement was offered.
