The first step was a self-paced interview where you respond to recorded questions. Next, they had a video interview with two interviewers to further discuss the position. They did require creating an account on their hiring platform, including SSN, before the video interview.

Interview
Process took 13 days total. Couple days after applying I received text msg for self-paced phone interview (consisting of automated general questions). Three days later I was invited to schedule a second virtual live interview with 2 supervisors. After interview I was told I would hear back in about a week. I received a call from recruiter 3 days after my interview for an offer :)
