I had an unpleasant experience with a two-stage interview process. At first, everything was fine. I applied for the job, was sent a test, and a week later received a reply saying that I had been accepted for the next stage of the interview. The next stage was a visit to the company's office, which was quite far away but tolerable. I was greeted, waited for the interviewer for about 20 minutes after the appointed time, and we started talking. They seemed quite nice to me. I received a test and was told when it would be checked and when I would be informed whether I had passed to the next stage (this was supposed to happen the week after the interview). I handed everything in, everything was fine, and I went home. And now it's been four weeks and they're ignoring me and haven't responded to my application. I don't recommend wasting your time on them.
