Hummingbird Agency interview questions

The interview was conducted online. While one of the interviewers appeared prepared and engaged, I was surprised that the CEO joined the interview without any questions prepared and openly stated this multiple times. As a candidate who had taken the time to thoroughly research the company and prepare, this felt disappointing and unprofessional. He seemed very detached from the whole process/company.
