Hummingbird Healthcare interview questions

I received three emails in rapid succession - one saying they'd like to schedule a first-round interview, one saying that they'd passed on my application, and one saying essentially "so sorry, but we made a mistake and you have in fact been rejected." Made the company seem disorganized as well as inconsiderate.

Interview was straight forward and pleasant. STAR method, nice experience. I had Phone screening 15 mins, then scheduled a video interview for the next day 30 mins long, then on the next day offered a position.
