I applied online and was subsequently invited to an assessment and a panel interview.
I applied for a temporary role but they were looking for a permanent member of staff. They advertised for a temporary position because they offer one year contracts at a time. The Headteacher made it pretty obvious that she was unhappy with me for looking for a temporary position, which obviously makes no sense because that's what they advertised.
