I got an email from a recruiter to interview with Huuti. Pretty typical process: have a 20-30 mins phone call with the recruiter, tech phone screen and onsite interview if the previous stage is passed. The recruiter was one of the worst recruiters I have ever poken with. The kind that has absolutely no enthusiasm for the company she's recruiting for. Would you want to work at a company if even the recruiter isn't excited about the opportunities? Thankfully she finally passed me over to the staff at Huuti who were lovely to speak to. I didnt get to move on with the onsite interview but my advice to Huuti is to advertise and recruit directly.

There was an Intro phone call with Human Resources to see if I was a good fit, then a hackerrank followed by a phone screen where one of their software developers and I did a code share. I got the right answers after a few tries and we tested my algorithm with a couple of different inputs, but I made a bit to many mistakes along the was and it was likely for this reason that I didnt get to proceed to a face to face interview. I would recommend in the phone screen doing a pseudo code of your algorithm ahead of time, because if you flounder at all you likely will not make it. Goodluck and hope this helps!

OOh Lord, I have forgotten what the question was- it involved a PRN calculator and boy was it hard.
