Applied online and was called in for an in person interview. The interview was 8 employees around a table asking me questions. It was very intimidating. A week later I was offered the position.

Interview
Phone interview, in-person interview, and a group interview with the team. The interviewers/employees are nice and may ask random non-technical questions. Be mindful that there are going to be a lot of people interviewing you during the group interview. The company seems to emphasize on the teamwork, so show them that you're a good team player.
