Standard interview questions, mostly focused on my motivations and things I've done to prepare myself for the role. Funny enough, through the way the interviews posed certain question, I could feel the culture believes in internal locus of focus only, so yeap.

Thorough, and somewhat lengthy process but good explanations of realistic expectations for the job role. Good chance to meet the team and establish expectations for the role. Typically 2-3 rounds of interview in total.
