Good NHS led application system that informs interview candidates by email. Nicely structured interview format, not too formal or intimidating. Interview panel wanted the best out of me, were not trying to catch me out. Was a pleasant experience. Was not expected to give a presentation as some other services do, just expected to answer a series of questions about relevant legislation and practice.

Applied received an offer. Within two days had to book on to an interveiw. Very smooth and easy process. Actual interveiw was well structured. All interveiws happened within a day.
