Spoke to a recruiter within IBM who setup Skype interview with hiring manager. Interview was cordial and job sounded interesting however money was an issue and the position did not pay enough. The hiring manager seemed very interested in me but seemed very much stuck in terms of being able to meet my salary requirements.
