It was a two day process. First day - three rounds of assessment.
First Round which consisted of :
- Aptitude questions - 20 questions
- Number Series questions - 20 questions
(Each question had a time of 2.5 Min each to solve, moderate to hard questions)
Candidates qualified in first round appeared in second round of assessment - Business Communication.
- 20 objective questions to be attempted in 20 Min.
(Business communication is not just regular grammar - don't take lightly)
And then the qualified candidates had to appear for the Coding assessment.
This round consisted of Objective questions, around 10, almost all of them based on C/C++.
And a coding question, which was easy to solve. However it was written there in instructions that choice programming language will be : C, C++, Java, Python. However instead of Python, there was an option of JavaScript.
However there was no short listing in the third round, and all the appearing candidates were qualified for the interview.
And after these three rounds of assessment, HR official verified the documents of all the qualified candidates.
Then after a gap of a day in between, interview process was conducted for the qualified candidates.
There was only one interview which was mostly technical and not so difficult, though some candidates were asked HR questions & riddles as well. After the interview, HR official took the bio-metric details of all the qualified candidates, and the interview process was over.
