Online assessment to test logical reasoning skills there were multiple style games but I got lost as I attended those on laptop and due to bigger screen and not used to with those gaming style I couldn't qualify.
Not good , didn"t reply with rejection or acceptance and left me onhold and itwas"nt good at all , i felt it"s a fake job post , also i felt it"s abit un professional for a company in the size of ibm

There was only one round interviews. It was technical and after that HR round. Interview was medium level difficult was able to crack. Package offered was not as expected but i joined because of the work life balance of IBM.
