Interview
Met IBM employee at career fair and chatted for 15 minutes. We discussed my background and skills. He then invited me to an interview on campus. Interviewed with 2 individuals for 30 minutes each through video. Questions involved situational and behavioral.
Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
