Interview
You first speak with a recruiter, then given a Design Challenge. After that there are 2 rounds of interviews (these were over the phone, normally they might be in person but I'm not sure)
Phone Screen with a recruiter to confirm details, discuss salary and a bit about the role
Panel Interview with design and research team to discuss background, the role, company and go over a project
A few cognitive exercises / tests online, 1:1 interview with a design research presentation, small group interview with manager-level employees. Overall, a very positive experience with very nice people, and no surprises in the interview questions. I did not have a phone screen.
