Got a call from recuriter, asked the basic questions and the interview got scheduled .
1 technical round
1 managerial round
Technical round was good.
But the manager was literally an idiot. He started discussing my other offer(I had one offer) and how much fixed salary I can get from that offer after removing variable pay, instead of discussing about IBM. Finally that idiot guy asked me whether I would agree for hike on my current company salary (for which i was working) and I immediately said no and dropped from the meeting and gave feedback to HR. Even the HR knew that the panel was rude , still she scheduled an interview with him. Waste of time and energy.
