Interview
I had three interviews on the phone:
1. Person called and went through the job req asking me if I had those skills.
2. Person called and asked me behavioral questions.
3. Two people called me and asked me job related questions....i.e. experience using tools, etc.

Behavioral: What would you do if a coworker was not pulling their weight?
Job-Related: How do/would you handle working with an onshore and offshore team together?
It was straightforward, pace, and not too hard. Asked a variety of questions to access my knowledge and experience. Some of questions are done through practical means, while others were thought and knowledge.

followed by gaming round
and then the Manager interview
all of the rounda are elimination rounds
coding is compatively easy
but the gaming round us hard since it consists of different games each of them are elimination rounds

Round 1:
The first round was coding test on paper . We were asked to write code on paper for three questions.
