Interview
I was given a cold call in the afternoon around 4.30pm. The recruiter jumped straight to it and asked questions about my background and some key experiences relevant to the role. Benefits and background of the role was shared in good detail but when it came to salary expectations, she insisted after 3 rounds of deflecting to obtain a number from me. Overall, it was average with nothing particular outstanding.

Interview
Fast process with 3 interviews. Had a chat with the recruiter to cover technicalities, then had 2 interviews with the management that went really well. The whole process was very smooth.

Question 1
Main interview was with line manager and focused on past experience and role expectations.
4 rounds of interviews, with topics ranging from leadership to product marketing practices, with very little emphasis on the products themselves. Overall a correct interview process, although did not result in an offer.
