Applied online and got a response from IBM recruiter. Need to fill in list of questionnaire and expressing interest in position, experience, and expected salary etc.
First interview - recruiter try to find out your suitability and qualifications - 30mins. typical questions why IBM, experience, strengths etc
Technical interview 1 - 3 people interviewed - director, architect and technology lead etc
Technical interview 2 with local team including associate director and partner
in-depth questions about your experience in architecture, design and resolving client problems etc.
Follow-up discussion with Partner regarding salary, expectations and travel etc
received a formal offer letter after submitting back ground and referral submission

Typical architectural models, scenario based interview questions, probably they also ask questions related to challenges and trends in industry.

Interview
Structured and smooth. 3 rounds of interview with technical interview with developer, Ent architect, hiring manager. some techical questions about architectural conundrums and challanges. i asked for feedback on how i did every round just to make sure i'm doing ok.
Some HR disguised as technical recruiter took the first round. He had a set of questions all definitions and formulas he asked. I responded as is. Cleared the round. They keep calling and saying they will schedule second round,take my slot then never keep the interview.
