I had a HR interview, a technical one and the last one with my manager. I liked the fact that in the HR part, they were very transparent about the salary and the benefits.

Basic stuff about linux commands, SQL queries and some databases concepts. It wasn't something above university level.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.

there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong
