Four phone interviews were conducted the first was with hr and the rest the hiring team. It was relatively quick turn around process and I spoke to a number of people I would be working with
Which was nice
I had one interview with a recruiter and one 1-hour long interview with a group of 3 people. I heard back from the recruiter in around 1 or 2 weeks with an offer.

First had a phone screen call, then moved onto a 1 hour panel call with the team. Had an interview panel with Senior Bio Manager, Senior Env Planner, and Director of Environmental Compliance

Why ICF? What experience do you have as a planner?
Interview with leaders who have been with the company for 10 plus years and interview with the team the position would work with. Both teams were welcoming and the interview felt like a conversation.
