Question 1
Define you working on a team with 3 words, for example. Describe one of the biggest achivements of your career. Typical questions like that.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ICLEI Europe (Freiburg im Breisgau) in Nov 2024
Interview
I interviewed for a Communications Expert in early November. The process started well, with a professional interview and clear communication about the timeline. They promised a decision by the following week, but unfortunately, the process dragged on much longer without consistent updates.
I followed up twice, and while I received polite responses, the final decision came nearly a month after the promised date, with no substantial feedback provided. Given the relocation and logistical considerations for the role, this lack of communication was frustrating.
The experience left me feeling like candidate care wasn’t a priority. While the team seemed professional during the interview itself, the extended delay and vague updates reflected poorly on their recruitment process.

Question 1
Can you share any experience you’ve had working with EU officials or institutions? How have you navigated communication or collaboration in such settings?
The interview was divided into two parts: one focused on completing an exercise and the other of a more introductory nature. The questions are quite general, so I recommend that you also ask questions to determine if this position is right for you.
