I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Portland, OR) in Dec 2018
Interview
A few phone interviews followed by an on-site, in-person interview. Phone calls consisted of your usual phone screen by a recruiter and a call from the hiring manager. I feel I got along with the hiring manager right from the start, so that likely made the process more enjoyable for me. I was still nervous about whether or not I'd get pushed to the next round. I finally got the email inviting me to the office. The on-site interview consisted of me selling a new product to a doctor (played by hiring manager) with a silent observer. Talk about nerve racking! I kept my cool and went through the sales process I knew how to use. My advice- stay cool!
