Interview process was quick. Lab manager gave me a detailed overview of the work done then got right into my previous experience. It felt refreshing for her to have my resumé in front of her to reference. The only awkward part was there isn't an office so the interview is conducted in the open. (Not a bad thing but can make some nervous.) She was personable and direct. I left the interview with a good understanding of responsibilities that are carried out. She discussed pay and leave policies right off the bat.

Very unprofessional. Tried to argue with me about things listed on my resume and my experience. Felt more like a casual conversation. Maybe they were just in a bad mood, but I did not enjoy my interview.
