I was not selected to interview but my main concern is that this company wanted my social security number as part of the application. How can they guarantee the security of my personal data which is not relevant for an interview? Why would this specialty insurance company want the responsibility of such personal and protected candidate data? Hope they identified qualified HR candidates to fix this
Thank you for your feedback. We do not require a candidate to submit the SSN during the application. There is an opitional form after you complete your application call WOTC. The information gathered on the WOTC form is not stored with your application.
