Three interview process only got the first. Invited to an interview whilst I was on holiday and IHS waited for me to return to interview me. Post was based in London however interview was held to be on Friday morning in IHS's Coulsden office The building was undergoing a major refurbishment with no signage on the exterior. Interviewing Manager was@ 15 minutes late and I waited in a very tatty reception. Interview I thought went well and the interviewer was friendly and constructive and we had @ 1.5 discussion about my experience, technology and the company. A few days after the interview the agent informed that i had been unsuccessful - so I asked for feedback I was not wht the company was looking for. When pressed further was able to b e specific. IMO the elephant in the room ageism was the reason as my experience was a very good fit for this role. On reflection I think that ever stood a chance of a position and I was just the an older token candidate
