First is CV. Second, recruiter contact via phone and a short interview. Third, direct interview with HR director and recruiter at the office Forth, Check Reference from prior managers Next, Offer and final is Onboard.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IIG Vietnam (Hanoi) in Jan 2020

Interview

The HR Department contacted me and booked an appointment. I went to the Head quarter office in Hanoi for the interview. It was a long talk, and they asked me a lot about my current job and educational background. It was cozy and positive and I felt the integrity and ambition of the founders/leaders.
