Interview
I had a short interview at a job fair where I was first screen by an HR person then had a 10 minute sit down with a manager.
The second round was a more through interview with one of the head Ikea Food managers.
I was interviewed in a beautiful office setting. It was a nice and calm environment. Super friendly and welcoming process. The manager asked mostly asked situational questions. She wrote down my answers on the interview forms.

Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter (super straight-forward and quick), this took about 10-15 minutes. I recommend being prepared for them to call you a couple of minutes early so you are not too nervous. If you are accepted you will schedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview (casual, great learning experience for all parties)
