One Phone Interview followed by a group interview about a week later. Containing a quick role play before splitting into two groups. Followed by a one-on-one interview with myself and team leaders. It's important to note that every person I've worked with has experienced a different process of interviewing.
They look more for your values, manners, general good attitude. Make sure to thank all the team members there as you leave.
you apply and then within a week get notified if you have an in person interview. the interview lasts thirty minutes and then you will know within a week or so if you have the job

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (Warrington, North West England, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
I first had to complete 2 video answers to 2 questions which were done virtually with no one interviewing. Once I had passed that I then completed a video interview with a manager. It was very quick.
