Interview
The first interview is fairly basic with two of the managers. They asked a combination of questions about myself and behavioural questions. They also had me bring in my portfolio and asked about interior design trends. They told me the second interview is a hands on design activity with a group of three candidates that is timed.

What is a company that markets itself well? And what is a company that doesn't market itself well?

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
