The hiring and interview process was an exceptionally refreshing. Both interviews were informative and very welcoming. I have been a long time supporter of IKEA products but I never new the history and how long they actually been around. After my interviews I was highly impressed on how integrated and innovative the work environment is. Truly inspiring to work for a company who values there employees.

My interview process was very relaxed and informative. All of my questions were answered before I had time to ask them. The people were very relatable and courteous. The online document part was a bit daunting but everything else was smooth sailing.

It was a great experience. The gentleman that interview me was very respectful, transparent, and patient. After a few reschedules by both my end and the company, he made sure that i didn't have to come again for a 4th time. He made this a very easy and pleasant experience
